A Flat Fee MLS Listing on the MLS is the exact same thing as listing with a 6% / traditional REALTOR®. You are just paying less money to get the exact same service. We are REALTORS® and a BROKER. Your listing looks exactly the same as all other listings. You can sell your property to someone not represented by an agent and NOT pay a buyer agent commission. However if an agent brings a buyer, that agent will need to be paid a commission. This is perfect for For Sale By Owners and all other property owners.

After you sign up at our site for your flat fee mls listing, you will need to downloand and complete the mls listing docs: Listing agreement, lead based paint, sellers disclosures, agency form and the datasheet.  This only takes about 20 minutes of your time. The sooner you email us your docs, the sooner we input you into the MLS.  You will also email photos and a description.  Once we have your info, we'll login and input you within 24 hours and send you a proof of your flat fee mls listing. We'll also mail the sign and lockbox within 24 hours too. After you proof your flat fee mls listing and email us changes we'll make those changes then go live!  We are very quick and efficient.  We pride ourselves on providing great service so you refer others to us so they too can save.

Most MLS's throughout Michigan allow us to put your contact information in the mls making it easy for agents to contact you direct to show.  We also have a site, This site allows agents or buyers, FSBO to contact you direct!   Buyers can enter your address and easily find you. Another way buyers come to you direct saving you on commission.

  • The MLS:  There are 2 sides to the MLS, public (what you see) and member (what us agents see).  Most every mls in Michigan allows us to put your name, phone & email in the mls so agents contact you direct.
  • Your phone number goes on the sign: Should buyers call us or email us, we give them your contact information.
  •, this is our domain that is on our real estate sign.  As buyers find you this site enables them to type in your address to find your name, phone and email. This way they come direct so no commission!
We put your email in the listing so when agents email offers they come to both you and us. This way there is no wasted time and you get them quickly.

Yes, you may cancel your listing at anytime, unless your home is under contract.
No, only a licensed REALTOR® who is member NAR (National Association of Realtors) and the local MLS board can list on the MLS. There is no other way.
You only pay the flat fee at time of listing and you owe us no money at closing.
The buyer's agent and title company do most of the paperwork, but we are here to assist.
Many sellers do use this option. However, some have never heard of listing for a flat fee and some feel there is some catch or it is too good to be true. The more research you do, you will see this is the best way to sell a property.
No, as your listing looks just like all other listings on the MLS. You are listed the exact same way as all other listings. How much money you pay us to list your property is not posted on the MLS and agents are not concerned with how much you paid us, they are only concerned with how much money they will make.
Your MLS# is generated at the time we list your property on the MLS. Once listed we will email you a link to your listing and your MLS number.
