How Showingtime Works

Showingtime  is service / app many Realtors use to show homes.  It makes scheduling showings super easy and all sellers should utilize this service. 
Keep in mind we put your name, phone and email in the listing so they can still call, text or email you direct too.  

Here is how it works:  

1. The Realtor / buyers agent searches and finds a listing then they see a little "Showing Time" icon.

2. The agent clicks the icon to show and a box pops up asking them when they wish to show your home.

3. As the seller, you receive the request to show (we add your name, number and email into the mls).  You simply click on your phone or computer to "Accept" the showing.  Once you authorize the showing only then does the agent see the instructions as to how to get in. NOTE: You should have a lockbox so they can easily get in.

If we don't have a lockbox in the system, many times the showing is authorized but then the agent has no idea how to get in...

Another note: The system is set up primarily for agents. As a seller you can't see who the agent is but they can see your info. If you need to adjust the showing time / date just send us an email, we can login, get the agents info and email that to you.
