MLS Listing Docs

Please remember, we cannot list your property in the mls unless all of the forms below have been completed.  You should be able to complete them online and sign them digitially. If for some reason you have any issues we will also list them here below in .pdf format so you can print, fill in then scan and email, fax or take a picture with your phone to get them to us.

NOTE: you must complete all docs to get listed.
1. Listing agreement ( defines terms of the listing)
2. Sellers disclosures ( discloses the condition of itmes in your home)
3. Lead Based Paint disclosure ( discloses whether or not any lead based paint in home)
4. Agency relationship. (describes the relationship between you as seller and us)
5. MLS Data Sheet (data to input your property into the mls).

Document 1 of 5: Listing agreement. All homes listed have to have the listing agreement. This verifies price, terms and the commission offered to a buyer's agent. This should be 2.5% to 3% anything less and we risk agents avoiding us.  Click Here if you wish to download the .pdf of the listing agreement instead of completing below digitally.
